Enhanced Document Sharing

Optimized testing workflow

We've refined our approach to interview analysis to maximize the value Aipermind generates for you. Rather than analyzing isolated interview transcripts (this feature was available from the Project's page), create Real Digital Twins from your conversations with users and stakeholders, organize them into relevant Collections, and involve them in all your desired tests—creating a living ecosystem of insights. The analysis of external interviews is no more available.

Enhanced team management (Admin only)

Organization administrators can now:

• Change the names of teams and departments

• Remove users from specific teams

• Adjust permission levels in both directions (promote and demote between admin, manager, and user roles)

Comprehensive user administration (Admin only)

Access detailed user information and activity levels through our new user administration page, giving you complete visibility into how your organization is utilizing the platform.

Bulk user invitations (Admin only)

Save significant time with our new bulk invitation feature. Simply copy and paste up to 20 email addresses with any separator (even spaces), and the system will verify the format and send invitations—all while ensuring users are directed to their appropriate workspace/team.

Refined organization deletion process (Admin only)

Our improved deletion process now includes:

• Pre-alerts to all affected users

• Organization freeze period

• Final data deletion after one month

This concierge-mode process (initiated through our support team) ensures all stakeholders are properly informed and provides time for any necessary data retrieval.
